Product: HP Z230 Tower Workstation (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
so now i have hp z230 and iam not sure about if it is support pcie 3.0 because ia mant to buy a graphic card for it

The Z230 workstation has an Intel C226 chipset, which has the PCIe 2.0 revision.
Intel C226 Chipset Product Specifications
A PCIe 3.0 graphics card will work fine and is backward compatible with PCIe 2.0.
You just won't get the maximum performance it advertises.
