Pcie  x4 slot not showing up in device manager I have a card plugged in its not working.  Are there drivers that I need to install

YOu have asked a question withpout providing much information.

 

What is the card and what is the operating system?

 

Is the PCIe x4 card guaranteed compatible with the installed operating system?

 

Did the manufacturer of the PCIe x4 include drivers?
