Hi @texcards, Welcome to HP Support Community. 👋

Thank you for posting your query.

Oh no, the charging spot on your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC is being a bit… uncooperative, is it?  Like a sleepyhead on a Monday morning 🥱, it just doesn't want to wake up and do its charging thing.  Don't you worry your circuits, we're going to gently coax it back to life and get those gadgets powered up again!

Let's try a few little troubleshooting tricks, like digital detectives solving a power puzzle, to see if we can get that charging magic flowing again:

  1. Check for Obstructions: Ensure there are no objects or debris on the charging spot that might be interfering with the connection.
  2. Remove Phone Case: If you're trying to charge a phone, remove its case to ensure direct contact with the charging surface.
  3. Enable Wireless Charging: Make sure the wireless charging feature is enabled in your system settings.
  4. Restart Your PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve hardware issues.
  5. Update Drivers: Ensure that all your system drivers are up to date, especially those related to power management and wireless charging.

Hopefully, one of these little tweaks will bring your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC's charging spot back to its fully functional, power-providing glory!  Let's get those gadgets charged and ready to rock! 💪

Take care and have a good day. 🙂
