Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The VGA port for monitor was covered I uncovered it and plugged in my monitor but it is not showing up. Any ideas?

The specs of your machine is

It has dedicated GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050 (8 GB GDDR6 dedicated) therefore iGPU is disabled that why HP covered the VGA port.  The note clearly says: Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.

 

Note: the dGPU card on your machine has 1 HDMI prt and 2x DisplayPort ports. You can use all of them.
