Is there any way of connecting or installing extra USB ports on an all in one PC ?

It depends on the model number of the PC if it has an empty PCIxE slot.  However, you can use a USB hub to provide additional posts.  If external drives are anticipated for the extra USB ports, use a self-powered USB Hub.
