ear,

I have problem with power supply L70042-002 for the computer 1C6T9EA 

My PC r shuts down and resets itself several times a day. As a result, we have a fault that the power supply is weak .

Please advise us about solution for this problem

Is it possible to install a stronger power supply for exapmle 400 or 500w?

According to this link, you can upgrade your HP 290 G4 Microtower PC (1C6T9EA) power supply to a 500-watt unit:

However, I have searched for the 500-watt part number before (and just now) and could not locate it.  There may be a 400-watt power supply unit available:
