Product: HP ProBook 6555b Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Non riesco ha scaricare i driver del bios o altri o l'assistente hp perche non ci sono arrivano fino a windows 7 devo togliere windows 10 è reinstallare windows 7 per poi installare win10?come risolvere?

Hi, @fabio781 

 

I believe there's a way to update the BIOS outside of Windows.

 

See the options under the Descripton.

Creare una chiave USB avviabile per aggiornare il BIOS di sistema. 

 

I have never updated the BIOS that way, so I won't be able to help you with that if you have any questions.
