hp compaq 8200 elite convertible minitower motherboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

Recently I was thinking about upgrading my computer's processor for the i5 2500 to an i5 9400f (i already have a graphic card)

and i was wondering if the i5 9400f is compatible with the hp compaq 8200 elite convertible minitower motherboard?

You can only install Intel 2nd generation core processors in your PC.

 

The fastest and best processor you can install would be the i7-2600.
