HP ENVY Desktop - 750-114

I want to upgrade the processor in my current pc to one that fully supports Directx 12 for windows 11, here are some specs:

Operating System - Windows 10 Home 64 bit version 19045.5965

Microprocessor - Intel Core i5 - 6400 CPU @ 2.70Ghz

System Memory - 12GB

System Board - 2B47 1.04

System BIOS- A0.18

Can the CPU in this system be upgraded to one that fully supports Directx 12 for windows 11?

Thank You for your guidance.

I don't know of a motherboard that can fit in your case, plus a new motherboard for windows 11 means new memory, maybe a bigger power supply, so it may cost like buying a new PC.

Thank You for your response. My next question is can I put a LGA 1151 Motherboard in my computer, and would it support my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti graphics card and the 1600mhz memory, and whatever else I would want to use from the existing motherboard, if anything? This might be too much to ask, if so it's ok. Also, depending on how much everything I'd need would cost it might be too expensive to upgrade.
