It is a standard 24pin main with 4pin aux. It will work and also fit into the new tower.
Good luck figuring out the front header wiring. That will be the challenge.

Changing to a different motherboard, you lose all rights to the OEM licensed Windows OS.
According to NVidia, you need a minimum of 350W for the GTX 950.

Welcome back letsthrowq; From June 2006 until January 2008 I had a custom built PC based on a XION case, MSI 925X Motherboard, GEil memory, Intel 631 proc, a Nvidia 6600 video adapter 2 Western Digital HD's RAID configured 2 optical drives one was the first gen lightscribe from HP with a 400w XION PSU
as long as you have a retail version of any Windows OS (including Windows 10) (this one had XP Professional) you can install it & it'll run on your computer once the motherboard & whatever else you incorporate within your case is operational & if anything happens to it you can use the OS in another machine until Microsoft pulls the plug.
& no offsense to our Geek Trust of which we're both a part of but you'll be able to run whatever apps & programs you wish & you won't have give your machine digital Docolax to get rid of the promotional stuff either
I also enhanced my computing expertise with #5 as well.
good luck & enjoy your ride with it once you built your Cyber Frankenstein
you'll be able to be a stronger member of our community afterwards
Happy Holidays to you & your family!

From what I can tell, the HP OEM GTX 950 in the 510-p111nc is rated by HP for 75 watts. Retail NVIDIA GTX 950 graphics cards are rated from 90-120 watts.
