I updated my notebook's bios one week ago. There is only 2 bios update in hp driver page and I used to the newest one. After bios was updated, my pc become slower. So, I decided to downgrade bios. I downloaded older update, created recovery in usb flash and shut down. Then, I pressed win + b + power key and this error was popped up. Also, I reset the cmos and I am seeing the same problem again. I thought, bios update doesn't fit my pc but there is only two bios verision and I would like to change the other

@gordebil -- After BIOS was updated, my PC become slower.
That is really strange. A BIOS update usually fixes some esoteric problem, or adds support for newly-available processors. So, it should not have slowed-down your system.
Was your computer not connected to the Internet for any significant time between December 14, 2021 and today? That date in December was when Microsoft released security-updates for your computer. Without an Internet connection, those updates could not be downloaded/installed. So, if you updated the BIOS, presumably your computer gained an Internet connection, and Windows Update (a heavy consumer of computer resources) started its work, resulting in an apparent slow-down.
I have seen BIOS updates that PREVENTED the user from installing an older BIOS update.
On this discussion forum, there are several threads about "BIOS files cannot be found".
Can you try to re-flash the BIOS with the CURRENT BIOS that already is installed? Do you get a message about "already installed", or some other message, or "cannot find ..." ?
