Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000i as fitted with a Reno2 motherboard (SSID: 89B5), is powered by a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L89233-001 -please check/verify and report back.
You could install up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks, but you'll likely not need more than 2 x 16GB of RAM, such as this matching quality (and affordable) 2x16GB Dual Rank (2Rx8) purchase example: https://www.amazon.com/Timetec-3200MHz-PC4-25600-Gaming-Regular/dp/B07FWLWXJK/ref=sr_1_1?crid=262Y3U....
Processor-wise, you could upgrade to an i7-12700, i7-12700K, i7-12700F or i7-12700KF, the latter two requiring a discrete graphics card as they don't have integrated graphics (iGPU).
With a 500-watt power supply, you can upgrade to a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 Ti model powered by a single 8-pin power cable, such as this purchase example via Amazon: amazon.com/GeForce-DisplayPort-2-5-Slot-Axial-tech-Technology/dp/B0D4C487K8/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1QN8ICZ0..., or one step down, a smaller-sized RTX 4060 such as this purchase example: amazon.com/ASUS-GeForce-DisplayPort-Axial-tech-Technology/dp/B0D6CYLHW1/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1QN8ICZ0338D....
Make sure that your primary (boot) drive is an M.2 NVMe SSD -I would go with at least a 1TB drive such as:
Here is an actual HP Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0xxx User who fitted their rig with the components I suggested -except this person used a SATA SSD as the primary (boot) drive which is not the fastest drive option: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/65961355.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
