HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-1026

I installed new ram and want to adjust the bios to run at the higher speed, but I don't see where to do that. There is no memory, overclocking or advanced setting that I can find. Or any XMP setting to access. Please advise . Thank you.

@Maestro56, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It seems like you're trying to enable the higher speed for the new RAM you installed on your HP Pavilion Desktop (TP01-1026).

Many pre-built desktops don't have the advanced BIOS settings you'd typically find on higher-end systems or custom builds. In these cases, the motherboard might not support manual RAM speed adjustments.

Are you facing any issues with your RAM speed or performance? If so, let me know, and I can help you troubleshoot further!

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
