Hi i was wondering if corsair vengeance rgb pro 16 gig 3.2ghz pc4 25600 ddr4 dimm unbuffered non-ecc desktop memory kit with rgb lighting-black would work on my motherboard

No, the memory is limited to DDR4-2666 (PC4-21300).  For the DDR4-3200 (PC4-25600) to work HP would have to add an Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) to the BIOS/UEFI: https://www.pcgamer.com/what-are-xmp-profiles-and-how-do-i-use-them/

 

The RGB would not work, also.
