HI! I need to know can I replacing CPU i5 -6500 with Xeon E5 -1245 v5? will i need a bios update? will everything work without it? and will it even run on this motherboard?

No. That is not a viable upgrade even though they are both Skylake family processors.
With that said, as inexpensive as the XEON Xeon E5 -1245 v5 processor is it is worth trying. Over here in the US you can source one for @ $25.00.
