Hello i have this computer and i'd like to replacing the gtx 1050 by a RX 6600, but i need a new power supply and i don't know which buy.

 

HP pavilon gaming 

mothercard: sunflower

CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G

GPU:  gtx 1050

ram: 2x16 GB

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

Your HP Pavilion 690-0005nf (4RS42EA) as fitted with the Sunflower motherboard (SSID: 8433) and is powered by a 310-watt power supply. In order to power an RX 6600, you'll have to upgrade your power supply to at least a 400-watt power supply equipped with one 8-pin PCIe power cable, which has part number: L04618-800 or 942332-001.
