I hope this message finds you well. My name is mohamednur mohamed, and I represent AMO IMPORTER, a leading technology supplier in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa. We are writing to request a Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) for an upcoming government tender in Ethiopia.

We are participating in a significant tender issued by HARARI PUBLIC PROCURMENT & PROPERTY DISPOSAL SERVICE OFFICE  under the current year tenders, which involves the procurement of IT systems, including Workstation desktop computers  and All in one desktop computer. 

The Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) is a mandatory document for the tender submission, and it confirms that , Amo Importer is officially authorized to supply and support HP products. Without this document, we will not be eligible to offer HP’s solutions for this project.

This tender is part of a broader initiative to modernize the public sector, and securing this contract could open the door for future government projects, providing HP with valuable exposure and opportunities in the government sector.

We kindly request your prompt assistance in issuing the MAF, as the tender submission deadline is June 03/2025. Please let us know if any additional information is required to process this request.
