dear Hp 

my story with error is long first of all the error came to me and then i send it to ensure service to fix and they change motherboard new one and i take it then i start with fresh windows 10 from could as he said and it was running good until it go to sleep mode and i try to wake him but no use so press power then it wake and suddenly appear error cmos 502 and its new motherboard i try new extension for power and new cable for graphics card and i really fedup from it this hp cost me 3000usd and always problems with it and the agent ensure service they trying there best but really strange error what causing it i really dont know , does the graphics card will cause issue or ram or HD this issue please i need help!! bios updated windows updated all driver updated.
