I found this but cannot find INTEL SERIAL in device manager,

I cannot help you with that but our French language expert @Prométhée might be able to explain it better than i.
Try uninstalling the touch screen as follows:
Check the box to delete the driver from the system then select "scan for hardware change"
If this fails (or touch is missing in above) then provide your product ID and I might be able to find the HP proprietary driver.

normally we are recommended to write in English here..
I think your indication is quite clear, if the user speaks better English than me, it should be fine...
But in case, where I'm there if needed..
But just if that's not enough

I did not look for the product page, it may indeed be different..
but you have looked/expanded all the sections in the manager?
