Product: HP Compaq Elite 8300 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

would like to add a scsi controller card to hp elite 8300 sff, i5, 3570, PCEe...any suggestions?

Hi,

 

No suggestions as SCSI is ancient.  Besides, there are multiple SCSI interfaces to consider.

 

Adaptec used to make an excellent SCSI card.  Try NewEgg for SCSI cards.  Try contacting HP Parts Store and/or HP Part Surfer and see what HP has to offer that will work in your PC.

 

Things to consider with your further search:

 

Windows 10 certified drivers

PCIe compliant with the PCIe bus in your PC

Low profile form factor

Power compliant with the PCIe bus in your PC

UEFI mode compliant if your PC is running in UEFI mode

HP ENVY 6055, HP Deskjet 1112
HP Envy 17", i7-8550u,16GB, 512GB NVMe, 4K screen, Windows 11 x64
