Hello

Product: HP 230 Wireless Keyboard and Wireless Mouse combo

I am trying to get in touch with HP which isn't easy at all. First question I get when trying to contact HP is always "Give the serial number of the device". But that is just the problem. The  product serial number is not recognised by HP yet it is a HP wireless programmable keyboard (Product Number: 7CH4240bb7)  and I confirm that nothing has been misread or mistyped.
How can I proceed here ? Would it be possible for someone at HP to provide a direct contact so a live person could check this?
Please advise.
