Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP - OMEN by HP Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 - 1TB Hard Drive - Brushed Aluminum...i have this computer and am new to owning a gaming desktop..i want an SSD added to this...can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this and exactly what i'll need? thanks!

What is the model or product number of the computer.  Here is a guide to help you find them.  Please don't furnish the Serial Number or other personal information.
