Hello, i wanted to upgrade my pc with a m2 ssd but it is not recognized by my pc.

It does not appear in disk management. I updated my bios but it didn't change anything.

My pc is a Pavilion 14-bk003nf

I got a PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2 SSD

I also tried to connect the ssd to another pc and it worked just fine.

Hi @Jeady

Unfortunately this laptop does not support M.2 NVMe disks, only M.2 SATA-3 disks.

Thank you. Where can I get this information ? I tried to search for it but found nothing, that's why I misunderstood because there is a m.2 slot so it is confusing.

See Manual Service ,  but I see this looking at the processor that it has .
