Hi guys!
I both a brand new HP SSD P600 and planed to use it like main boot disk with operation system on my imac 27 (os catalina). Unfortunately it's not working, i was trying to transfer system from my fusion drive few times and every time there are some errors when disk utility was trying to map the disk. After it, i was trying to setup clear system, but first time it gave me also error, second try was more lucky. But clear system also didn't work properly, every hour system freeze. One time system isn't booted, when i checked ssd drive, partition with macos was cleared. So i think problem with encryption disk, and dvd drive with software. I was trying to format this partition, but no luck, partition magic on win and disk utility on mac did't have access to it.
So, my question is how i can remove encryption from my ssd (i don't need it).
Support please send me firmware for ssd that i need to flash or instructions how i can format drive and use with out additional software and encryption due to i don't need it! Anyway if my problem not in encryption it doesn't matter, i don't want any encryption on my ssd and want to use all space for what i pay.

Now I see why I was able to pick this up from Office Depot for $44. Well, I am just glad I didn't pay the original listed price of $149 only to find that I did not have full control of the thing I purchased (not rented or leased).
Thank you 😁
