Hard drive error= ie4uinit.exe-System Error
"The code execution cannont proceed because MLANG.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
I have purchased a new hard drive and installed it. Ready to start up and have my recovery disk.
Need steps to enter bios to change the boot up sequence so i can use the recovery discks.

Hi:
You shouldn't need to change any BIOS settings to boot from the DVD.
Have Disk 1 in the DVD drive, restart the PC, tap the F9 key to get the boot options menu and from that select the DVD drive and press the Enter key.
Watch the screen for further instructions.
