Does the Pavilion HPE h8-1017cb support UEFE? I need to replace the Radeon HD 6570 graphics card that has failed with something new, but I need to be sure the new card will work in this PC

Your computer was released in 2011. It does not have UEFI.
The best card would be, IMHO, an EVGA GTX 660. And a new Corsair CX600 PSU.
