I have a GT 710 low profile graphics card, and it worked on my 6300 SFF until I decided to upgrade the bios to version 2.90. In the settings, the "secure boot" item is turned off and the "legacy os" mode is on. But he still doesn't see the video card. And the video signal comes from the built-in graphics.

Just a suggestion, but I would try to upgrade all the way to the most recent BIOS upgrade available for the HP Pro 6300 SFF: v.03.08.
It so happened that Paul_Tikkanen posted valuable instructions how to get there. Try this link first and see if your issue has been resolved.

Hi,
I am surprised BIOS version 2.90 Rev.A installed as it was offered when using W7.
Try resetting CMOS by pulling the CR2032 MB battery for a while.
The latest BIOS update is version 3.08 Rev.A (Link) when using W8.1. W8.1 BIOS updates normally work on W10. Per HP the 3.08 BIOS update cannot be downgraded to an earlier version.
Regards

All right:
1.) Do you perchance have a different working graphics card to try out, and see if your desktop sees it?
2.) Uninstall the GeForce GT 710 (or any other) NVIDIA driver and REINSTALL from here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
3.) Reboot computer and see if this resolved your issue.
4.)
- Click the Start icon and click in the Search box.
- Type cmd into the search box. You will see the cmd (Command Prompt) in the search window.
- Hover the mouse over the cmd program and right-click.
- Select "Run as administrator".
- Type: sfc /scannow -If file corruptions were detected, reboot.
- If this doesn't fix it -if it was my rig, and I was convinced my GT 710 was not defective and my PCIe slot is OK, I would contemplate a "clean Windows Reinstall". -But that's just me.
Good Luck!

The most interesting thing is this. The video card worked properly on the old version of the bios, stopped only after the update. There is a second GT 710 graphics card, which also does not work with this PC. And it's not about windows, because there is no image output already at the stage of settings in the bios. The output goes through the integrated graphics Core i5. Accordingly, in windows, the video card is not even displayed in the device manager.

Just curious, does NVIDIA 'detect' the card when you run this software: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us or not?
[EDIT:] I once had a similar issue with a GeForce GPU. This link resolved my issue: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/383855/gpu-not-showing-up-in-devic...
