Greetings to all, dear ones! The question is, is it possible to unlock the BIOS on this laptop model or activate the XMP module not through the BIOS, I need it in order for the new RAM to work at the expected frequency of 3200, and not 2667.
Motherboar model 8906

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
I am afraid that you cannot access XMP on an Erica6 motherboard (SSID: 8906).
Your XMP-enabled RAM is likely stuck at its "SPD" or default RAM speed and there is nothing you can do about it.
Solution: purchase non-XMP enabled RAM, such as:
Crucial CT16G4DFRA32A.M16FE 2x16GB
Hynix HMAA2GU6CJR8N-XN 2x16GB
Samsung M378A2K43EB1-CWE 2x16GB
Samsung M378A2G43AB3-CWE 2x16GB
Which will all run at 3200 MHz.
Kind Regards,
