HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p076na
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p076na which is not compatible with Windows 11 because of its lack of TPM 2.0 support.  I've seen separate modules available for other makes (e.g. ASUS) - is there a standalone TPM 2.0 module that's compatible with my motherboard that will enable a legitimate Windows 11 upgrade to be performed?

Many thanks

You can't add a TPM 2.0 module to your PC and even if you could, it still would not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements since the i7-7700 processor falls short of the requirements.

Your PC's motherboard does not support upgrading to an Intel 8th gen or newer processor.

If you are interested in installing W11 23H2 on your PC as is, watch this video:

How to install Windows 11 24H2 on Unsupported PC (Early Access) 2024 (youtube.com)

Download the W23H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

You'll have to repeat this procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
