Elite mini 800 G9
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi
I have an Elite mini 800 G9 with a 12700T CPU and I read the Spec section and saw this product can support 65w TDP CPU like 12700 and 13700.
my question is which power supply wattage do I need? And can these fan and heatsink cool down 65w cpu like 13700?

Hi,

So yes you can upgrade the CPU to 12700 and 13700 and the fan and heatsink are the same, so cooling will work.

Now ac adapter. If you do not have a discrete graphics card in the machine you can use the 150W ac adapter

Hope it helps,

thanks for your answer

but a question remains for me :
according to CPU specification TDP (PL2) of 13700 is 219W and 12700 is 180w.
what is this TDP PL2 and is a 150W AC adapter enough with these wattages?

and another question is my Elite Mini 800 upper cover not perforated. is it important for cooling or not?

Hi,

These things are controlled by manufacturer in Firmware.

I believe the 13700 edition is sold with the 120W ac adapter.

Hope it helps,

David
