I wish to upgrade my grafical card from my HP Pavilion6-2205eb. This is a HP AMD Radeon HD 7450 (1GB)

is the Pegatron AMD Radeon R7 240D 600M 2GB compatible ? there is one for sale nearby that's not to expensive.

if not, wich 2GB grafical card should fit ?

I hope someone can help me, because i'm really not good in finding what is working for this.

a lot of  thanks !!!! i just dont know where to start in looking for an answer.

I cannot find any specs on your system that show the power supply.  If you do not have a 6 pin PCIe power cable your options are limited.   I did found a bios  "sp70604.exe" dated Nov 2014 but that was almost a year before windows 10 was released.

Your HD 7450 graphic card is shown here  and the 240 is here    I was unable to get both to show up in the same list but the 240 is better by far.

Your 7450  consumes only 18 watts of power and requires a 200 watt power supply.  If your supply is 300 then you  can scroll and look at better cards and pick one that requires 300 watts or less and is still in your budget but check for that 6 pin PCIe connector.  There are adapters available but I  don't recommend them.

Hello
when you want to install a particular model, you have to check the manufacturer's requirements, this may be different for each model
You mention this AMD Radeon R7 240D 600M 2GB

and for example

Product Description : CORE RADEON R7 240D 600M 2GB D3 LP HDMI DVI VGA

PCI-E 3.0

Card Dimension (cm) : 15 x 6.88 x 1.41

Card Dimension (inch) : 5.9 x 2.7 x 0.55

Minimum Power Supply Requirement : 400 watt

Your computer model is no longer referenced, but you have this one with another graphics card, the power supply is 300w

https://support.hp.com/be-fr/product/hp-pavilion-p6-2200-desktop-pc-series/5258508/document/c0338308...

only, in the list I have not seen any better, so most certainly your case ..

There may actually be no additional pci connectors

Be careful, because the compatibility is only theoretical, one model can work but not another.
I would advise you to search, for examples on the net, of users who have already made this change.

"from my HP Pavilion6-2205eb"

If this a laptop it seems like the Graphics card is soldered to the Motherboard thus you are not able to upgrade without replacing the entire Motherboard.

By the Way I noticed you opened a thread at HP Forums.
