I would like to know is HP motherboard model 8767 is compatible with RTX 4060?

Yes, your Baker motherboard (SSID: 8767) is compatible with an RTX 4060, as long as you got at least a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L69242-800, or a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800.

 

Given the fact that most Baker motherboards are built in mid-sized desktops, you should choose a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060 model powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this example: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asus-dual-rtx-4060.b11147.
