Your CPU cannot be upgraded as it is soldered onto the motherboard
Your system can be expanded to 16g b of memory using
PC4-17000 DDR4-2133 single rank (1Rx8) of 8gb sticks of memory
You wrote that Windows was 32bits. Possibly you are mistaken as your system shipped with 64 bit windows
please check as described below because 32bit windows only supports 4gb of memory
You will have to replace your 1tb drive with a larger,. I recommend you use a USB3 external drive to expand your storage.
There is no slot for a m.2 other than the Wi-Fi m.2 slot
If you have 4gb of memory you can add another identical 4gb stick easily for total of 8. Based on your CPU and motherboard I suspect going to 16gb will not make a notable difference over 8gb.
I also recommend you contact a retail store and have them install the ram as I was unable to find a recommended 8gb memory stick. The parts list only had 4gb..
