I only have 8GB of RAM, and my computer takes too long to boot up.
Firstly, I would like to maximise the RAM for my All-in-One 23-n100a.
Next, I would like to make my Windows load faster.
If possible, I would like to upgrade my stock standard processor.
My current machine specifications are:
OS is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version 19045.3086
Processor is Intel Core i5-4460T CPU @ 1.90Ghz
RAM is 8GB Hynix/Hyundai 1600MHz
Motherboard is 2B1C MVB,A
BIOS is 80.05

Your PC is slow to boot because you may have not deleted the files in the temp folder.
Another big reason is that you have a Hybrid HDD legacy hard drive instead of an SSD.Unfortunately, there are no internal drive replacements that I am aware of.
Corrected. It is a SATA 2,5" SATA format HDD
The maximum DRAM for your PC is 16 GB.

Yours is a venerable older generation PC as it has a 4th Gen. processor.
The motherboard is a Foxconn Lantana
I know that it still runs, but you should consider upgrading to something a bit more modern before it just up and quits working.

Your 1.9ghz CPU has turbo speed of 2.7ghz which is not bad. Any CPU upgrade to 3gthz or better will be 45 watts instead of 35
lf you reset your windows 10 PC it will get rid of the temp files and boot faster as suggested by @erico
Page 11 of this document shows how to replace the HDD. You could slide in a WD Blue 2.5 SSD of 1tb size.
If you edit the power plan so that it hibernates instead of turning off then the hibernate file on the SSD is quickly loaded into memory. You could temporarily try assigning the shutdown button to hibernate instead of turnings off. if that help then swapping out the HDD for SDD would be more of an improvement.
Note that a system actually turns off when hibernating. If you changed the shutdown button to cause sleep it would boot faster but the AIO would have to be kept plugged in to keep the battery from running down.
