Here are the Product Specifications for your computer. Look at the sections titled "Processor upgrade information" and "Memory upgrade information" for the processors and memory that are compatible with your motherboard. Your computer actually came with the most powerful processor that is compatible. However, the maximum memory is 32 GB. Since the motherboard has "Dual channel (1 DIMM per channel) memory architecture", you should install new memory in matched pairs to get the best performance. HP doesn't use XMP's to overclock their memory they use the standard speed in the memory sticks. Therefore, you should contact the manufacturer's Tech Support for the memory you choose to assure it will run at the specified speed.
The motherboard has "One PCIe Gen 3 x16 socket (for discrete graphic card)". I am not certain how much of an increase in speed an upgrade would give you since you have a RTX 2060 (6 GB). This is something that you have to decide.
