Microsoft Windows 11

I Have a HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1160xt with a 400w PSU, Intel Core i7-10700 (2.9 GHz to 4.8 GHz, 16mb L3 cache, 8 cores. it has 8GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (2x 4GB). My 1660 GPu failed and I am replacing it (after 3 years with what i consider light to medium use). Could my system support a ZOTAC gaming GeForce RTX 4060 8GB Twin Edge OC DLSS 3 8GB GDDR6 128-bit 17 Gbps PCIE 4.0 Compact Gaming Graphics card, ZT-D40600H-10M?  My current investigation shows that the 4060 GPU requires a 500w PSU.  what kind of risk do I take by keeping the 400W PSU and installing that GPU?

Would the L05757-800 500-watt power supply be sufficient and is it compatible with my system?

are there other considerations I need to take into account when upgrading the GPU and the PSU on this system?

Would it just be easier to replace the system with the same model GPU (1660)?

Thanks
