Hi:

Below is the link to the quickspecs for your PC.

The supported processors can be found on pages 5 - 11.

http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c04405864.pdf

Below is the BIOS revision history list...it looks to me that as long as you have BIOS version 2.15 or newer installed, any of the processors listed in the link I posted above should work without any issues.

Version: 00.02.52 Rev.A

Fixed in this release: Add new BIOS Setup policy to allow Power On Password prompt when Wake On LAN.
NOTE: By default this new setting will be enable, so it will prompt for Power On Password on a Wake on Lan event.
Update to latest Intel microcode 0x24.
Update to latest UEFI PXE version 0018

Due to security changes, after loading this BIOS, older versions cannot be installed.

Version: 00.02.51 Rev.A

Fixed in this release: Rolls back changes added in 02.50
Rolls back the Intel Microcode 0x1A

Version: 02.49 Rev.A

Fixed in this release: - Added Security Update.

Fixed in this release: - Fixed F10 "BIOS Power On" issue where TIME was not getting saved unless cursor (focus) remained on TIME setting in F10 menu.

Version: 02.47 Rev.A

Fixed in this release: - Fixes BiosConfigUtility access method for Hide/Unhide TPM.
- Adds function to TPM to update TCG when set to Hide/Unhide when using BiosConfigUtility.
- Fixes TPM Failure logging when the TPM is hidden.
- Fixes TPM update request when the TPM update and another F10 update were requested simultaneously causing it to be dropped.

- Fixes Fan reporting error when system has only one fan installed.
- Fixes Rear USB ports not reporting the correct number.
- Fixes Wake On LAN (usually wake by magic packet) to Disable (BIOS) Fast Boot so Remote Wakeup Boot Source will execute. - Implements Roll Back prevention.

This release improved Security Updates implementation. HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to this BIOS version. Due to security changes, after this BIOS update has been installed, previous BIOS versions cannot be reinstalled.

- Adds support for the Smart Card Reader device.

Version: v02.45 Rev.A

Fixed in this release: - Changed the UEFINetworkStack II components from version 10 to version 07.
