My HP Envy Desktop TE01-0175xt died. Can I take graphics card out of it and put in my new HP Pavilion TP01-1337c? If so should i down load drivers for the geforce gtx card first?

You can install hardware and download driver later. Do you check PSU of the TP01-1337c ? It only has 310 W Gold efficiency power supply, does it have enough power to run geforce gtx card ?
Regards.

I checked the power supplies and found the power supply in the dead hp was 400wat, and planed to swap it out also, as the power supply in the new unit was 160 wat. But I noticed the leads on the new unit power supply did not have leads for the geforce card. So I knew I would have to swap them. Also, does it matter if new computer has Ryzen board with integrated graphics? The main boards look alike with the same slots.
