HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p064
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp lubin motherboard from a pavilion 570-p064 with an i3-7100 and was wondering if upgrading my cpu to a i7-7700 would i have to update bios or would i be just fine adding it with no updates required

You shouldn't have to since the i7-7700 was supported in the model series from its inception.

You shouldn't have to since the i7-7700 was supported in the model series from its inception.
