my usb ports are not recconized. i have tried every suggetion i could find on internet. nothing works. any suggestions?  thanks

You can also check that the ports are enabled in the BIOS. Enter the BIOS setup menu by pressing the ESC key just after the PC reboots. If in doubt, select Reset to Defaults and Save.
