Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT14-0000i (3V745AV)

Hello i have a problem where my usb devices freezes and requier a hard restart to start working again.

I ran the bios diagnostic tool on usb ports and got the error code: 9BV61S-B9WBAM-GXGK1G-8D7803

Can anyone help me understand what the problem is.

Unable to identify the exact problem here.
But obviously it is under warranty, contact the dealer, or the Hp support service
