The driver I posted is at least a year newer than the one you currently have installed.

What is the driver version and date that is installed on that model card:

This is the latest driver HP has:

Version 6001.10.356.3

sp155596.exe

Other than updating the Wi-Fi driver if you don't have the above version installed, the only other thing you can do would be to replace that card with the more reliable Intel AX200 Wi-Fi 6 card.

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 non-vPro  HP part # L35282-005.

The above model card works in PC's with AMD or Intel processors.

If your PC has an Intel processor, this Wi-Fi 6E card should work as well:

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # / SPS # M27269-005.

I'd check every 6 months or so.
