Looking to add an additional hard drive to my desktop. Thinking a SATA 1-2TB. Recommendations?

That unit has 2 internal 3.5" drive bays.  You will need a SATA data cable. There should be a unused hard drive power plug remaining on the power cable off the DVD drive.

Concerning drive size:  2 TB should be OK.
