Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
Your PC was designed to accommodate the i7-2600 as it comes.
You cannot upgrade the power supply.
It's proprietary.

Hi:
No 3rd gen core processor is supported in the 8200 Elite model series.
The Q67 chipset the 8200 Elite has does not support any.
The best processor supported is the i7-2600.

Welcome to the HP Support Community @tigiplouf
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/CPUs/Intel/Core_i3/i3-2100.html
The i7-2600K has a better % of success.
Watch for the higher TDP on some of the upgrades???

You're very welcome, @tigiplouf
No K or S processors are supported in the SFF, MT or CMT.
Here is the link to the quickspecs for the 8200 Elite model series.
The supported processors can be found on pages 8 and 9.
http://shop.itema-pg.com/userfiles/editor/file/hp8200sff.pdf
If you are running W10, DO NOT update the BIOS beyond v02.28 or your PC will take several minutes to restart every time unless you hide the TPM in the BIOS.
There are some BIOS updates that add microcode updates for Intel processors, but the release notes don't provide any details regarding if support for any different processors was added.
So upgrading to any processor not listed in the link I posted above would be a complete gamble on your part.
Why not stick with the i7-2600? That's what I have in my 8200 Elite CMT.

Hello REO51st and Paul_Tikkanen
Thank you both for such excellent information.
@Paul_Tikkanen.
Once again you allow me not to make a mistake, I thank you very much. So I will take a I7 2600.
@ REO51st.
I read the links you gave me, but I did not understand their purpose. Does that mean that I should change power suppply
if I take a I7 2600, can I synonymous with an I5 because their tdp is the same (95W)?
Best regards
Tigi.

it's promised, but not quickly, because I still have to buy the I7 2600 and ram memory. I have a lot of work right now and not too much time for that . I think that in April, I could come back with good news.
