Welcome to our HP Community forum!
From what I can gather, your Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0xxx is fitted with the Reno2 motherboard (SSID: 89B5) -please verify.
And according to HP's official specs, you could upgrade your PC to an 17-12700 or i7-12700F (65-watt TDP base power, 180-watt TDP turbo power).
However, your PC happens to be also compatible with all "K" processors, such as the i7-12700K or the i7-12700KF (125-watt TDP base power, 190-watt TDP turbo power).
The "K" processors likely require a CPU heatsink upgrade.
Looking here amongst fellow Victus 15L rigs: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Victus-by-HP-15L-Gaming-Desktop-TG02-0xxx/263041, these RAM kits examples perform best and at 3200 MHz:
2x16GB TeamGroup Elite 3200 MHz UDIMM 288-pin (p/n: TED432G3200C22DC01)
2x16GB Samsung 3200 MHz UDIMM 288-pin (p/n: M378A2G43AB3-CWE)
2x16GB Crucial 3200 MHz UDIMM 288-pin (p/n: CT16G4DFRA32A)
2x16GB Samsung 3200 MHz UDIMM 288-pin (p/n: M378A2G43BB3-CWE)
