Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Z200 Small Form Factor Workstation is fitted with a 240-watt power supply, which severely limits to provide power to any meaningful graphics card. There are no higher wattage HP OEM power supplies available for your Z200 SFF.
You can fit up to 4 x 4GB of DDRL PC3-12800, 1600 MHz, Non-EEC, UDIMM, 240-pin RAM sticks -which will be down-throttled to 1333 MHz.
The best processor you could fit in your HP Z200 SFF is the Intel Core i7-880 (4 cores, 8 threads, 3.07 GHz to 3.73 GHz in turbo mode), which can be purchased starting at $80 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=i7-880+&_sacat=0&LH_ItemCondition=4&LH_BIN=1&LH_PrefL....
Even if you were to install an SSD, such as the Samsung 870 EVO, you would see far below average read/write speeds, such as this example: HP Z200 SFF Workstation Performance Results - UserBenchmark.
Point is, you can probably upgrade and improve your Z200's performance, but only marginally. Honestly, you may want to consider upgrading to a newer model SFF, such as the HP Z240 SFF, which can be purchased inexpensively via eBay.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
