I forgot my computer and, I want to reset it via CMD, I need to know the save Mode key for ph. pavilion

1 - when booting, hold down the shift key 

     Select the option that provides booting into safe mode.

 

2 - In windows, enter msconfig into the windows search board and select boot

   then select save mode and I recommend network also.
