@Toasted11, welcome to the forum.
Here is a power supply unit (PSU) that should fit into your case. You can measure the existing PSU to assure that it will fit. It is 600W which will allow for more power for peak needs. Also, it is fully modular which is good for mid-size cases. You only have to use the cables that are absolutely necessary. There is a 450W PSU on the same page. The difference in price is minimal. I recommend the one with 600W.

The best approach to solving a PSU upgrade is to measure the existing PSU and any headroom you have to go with a slightly longer PSU. The length of the PSU is the determining factor.
Corsair, EVGA, and Seasonic make good PSUs.
Your motherboard (Link) has: standard ATX 24 pin PSU and a four pin CPU connection.
A standard ATX PSU has the following dimensions {(150 × 86 × 140 mm) (5.9 × 3.4 × 5.5 in)}.
