Puter boots up saying no cpu fan detected. Press F1 . So it boots but I think I need a cpu fan?

It appears that you have to order the heat sink as well as the fan.
No doubt you can remove the old fan and put the new one from the new heat sink in its place.
HP does not sell the part...
Google the part number and you can probably find one on eBay or amazon.
I found this one on amazon with the same part number...
