In USA there is the 3pin in Europe is your 2pin. They are generally found in the wall.   Unplug then push back in if you want to corrupt your disk drive.

 

You may find it easier to tap the power button to shut down gracefully.

 

If that does not work then hold the power button down for 10 seconds.  This can also corrupt your disk drive.

 

Reset buttons were done away with when windows was first released to prevent corruption of disk drives.
